My name is Ryan Marchman and I love photography. I am single, 26 years old, live in olathe Kansas and I work as a network abuse specialist for a major web hosting company. I started photography when I was 15 years old with a crappy samsung digital point and shoot that my parents bought me for christmas. I soon got fed up with the lack of control that camera provided and switched to film slr's. I love film with all of my heart but I am usually pretty broke so having to buy film every time I go shoot was becoming a financial obstacle to me going out to shoot. I recently decided to shoot mainly digital for concert and portrait photography but will still shoot film for my explorations into old and abandoned buildings. Wow I have been talking too long. BYE!

Thank you to everyone who has faved my recent photo's. This series of photo's means alot to me and it's nice to know that other people out there enjoy them as much as I do. Now that i'm back in town I will be going to some more concerts soon so look for some more rock n roll pictures.

I live in Kansas too!

I love the photos of the old silo and hospital. Would you mind terribly if I asked where these places are exactly? I would love to see them in person.
